Hello Vogt Recreation Center Neighbors!

We have some exciting news to share about the Vogt Recreation Center transformation. Thanks to a ton of hard work and your amazing patience, construction is officially over 50% complete! Our crews have already wrapped up the new roof, heavy ductwork, environmental cleanup, and the playground layout. We are also proud to share that the building is actively on track to earn a green LEED Gold certification.

Next up, you will see activity shift toward the final details. Crews are moving inside to start the interior finishes, paint, and flooring, while the outdoor team begins assembling the brand-new playground equipment and wrapping up final structural repairs.

Construction is on track to wrap up in November 2026, and we look forward to opening the doors to everyone in early 2027. Thanks again for riding out the dust and noise with us—we cannot wait to welcome you into the renovated space soon!

Best,

The Vogt Recreation Center Project Team
